Orelle restaurant, located on the top floor of 103 Colmore Row, is launching the perfect sunset celebrations in the sky, with a series of exclusive, Sunday evening dining experiences on bank holidays throughout the summer.
Starting from Sunday, May 5, Orelle will be serving a specially curated, three-course menu for £50 per person, alongside live music and panoramic views of the city and beyond.
The menu features a selection of seasonal dishes including starters such as Strawberry Gazpacho with cucumber granita, Tuna Tartare with yuzu ponzu, and Ham Hock Terrine with pineapple and sourdough.
Main courses include Pan-Seared Salmon with cauliflower purée and Romanesco, Saddleback Pork Cutlet with toffee apple sauce, and a 36-day dry-aged Sirloin steak served with fries and peppercorn sauce (for an additional supplement).
For dessert, guests can indulge in Crème Brûlée with spiced orange and macerated berries, Mille-Feuille with textures of chocolate or a refreshing Tropical Vacherin with mango and passionfruit and coconut sorbet.
To make the evening even more special, bottomless bubbles can be added for £29 per person, allowing guests to toast to the long weekend in style as the sun sets over the city. Live music will also accompany the evenings.
Executive Chef, Kiran Suvarna, said: "We’re so excited to launch our bank holiday series in the sky. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the long weekends, with delicious food, live music, and one of the best views in Birmingham. Whether you're a returning guest or experiencing Orelle for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you to a truly unique evening."
Bank Holidays at Orelle will be taking place across the three summer bank holiday weekends on 5th and 26th May and 25th August, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
