Eastwood go into the game as favourites on the back of a 1-0 home win over Skegness Town to keep them five points clear of Lincoln United, who have a game in hand.
But Kimberley will be lifted by a first away point of the season in a 0-0 draw at AFC Mansfield.
Saturday’s Man of the Match, Declan Dunn, said: “We don’t worry about who we’re up against.
“We know the quality and character we have in the dressing room, and we’re confident we can go toe to toe with anyone in the league.
“Every game from now until the end of the season will be tough.
"But we have complete belief in ourselves, and we’ll give everything to achieve our goals.”
Eastwood manager Martin Ball also spoke positively about last Saturday's win, despite the lack of flair on display.
“We’re very pleased with today’s result. It wasn’t the best spectacle, but in order to win promotion, you have to come through games like these,” he said.
“It’s a crucial three points, especially with the local derby against Kimberley coming up on Saturday.
“We know from experience that Kimberley is never an easy place to go, and we’ll need to be at our very best to get the win.”
Preparations for the Skegness game were thrown off course by a mini-bus malfunction that delayed the visitors’ arrival, pushing back the match's start time.
While the impact of this disruption on the teams is open to debate, once the game finally got underway, the crowd were not exactly treated to a thrilling spectacle.
In a contest marked by a distinct lack of clear-cut chances, Eastwood eventually secured all three points thanks to Craig Westcarr’s expertly taken glancing header from Dunn’s pinpoint corner.
The goal was a further testament to Westcarr’s impressive form since joining Eastwood earlier this season with seven goals and four assists this campaign so far.
In Division One, Selston lost 3-1 at Staveley MW and are away at Stapleford Town this weekend.
