Before then, the house where the Lawrence family lived between 1887 and 1891 will be open on the first Saturday of the month during the summer from 11am to 3pm, commencing, April 5.
The ground floor is a museum with some original features.
Visits outside of these times can be arranged by visiting the DH Lawrence Society website.
There is no charge for entrance but contributions towards the upkeep of the house are welcome.
