Taylor Wimpey announces upcoming development in Little Lever

Taylor Wimpey Manchester is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of its brand-new development, Lever Valley, situated in Little Lever on the Bury and Bolton boundary.

Due to launch in Summer 2025, Lever Valley will bring 132 new homes to the community, with 15% being allocated to affordable housing​​The development will include a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes to suit a variety of buyers. All homes are designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring solar panels, EV chargers, and triple glazing.
