Leading property consultancy announces London promotions

A leading property consultancy has made two promotions in London after an impressive period of growth.

Liam Carvalho and Doug Gordon, of Fisher German.

Fisher German has promoted Doug Gordon and Liam Carvalho to Associates at the firm’s office at Becket House on Old Jewry in the City.

Doug works as part of Fisher German’s Commercial Transactional team and specialises in property acquisitions and disposals within the central London office market.

His expertise encompasses strategic appraisal advice for commercial assets held by institutions and high-net-worth individuals, as well as offering comprehensive occupancy advice to tenants regarding their office lease obligations.

Also based in the Commercial Transactional team, Liam advises on both acquisition and disposal work primarily across the City and the West End, providing strategic occupier advice to tenants as well as asset strategy advice to landlords. His clients include pension funds, private investors and professional services firms.

The promotions in London are part of 64 across areas of Fisher German, reflecting a renewed commitment to providing clients with a comprehensive service that leverages the full spectrum of the company's expertise.

Fisher German continues to place high emphasis on promoting from within through its ‘Grow’ career pathway, which gives employees a clear route to advance within the business.

It also follows the introduction of a new package of staff benefits, including an extended Christmas break and enhanced family leave policies for those taking maternity, adoption and shared parental leave.

Richard Benson, Senior Partner at Fisher German, said: “These promotions recognise the very best of Fisher German and the hard work so many colleagues put in every day to add value for our clients.

“All of our promotions have been made against our ‘Grow’ Career Progression Framework, which gives our colleagues clear guidance for career advancement within the company – no matter what level they are at.

“Huge congratulations to all those promoted, it is thoroughly deserved and ensures that we continue to build for the future across our business.”
