As the headline sponsor, Saucony continues to celebrate the powerful connections forged through running and embrace the evolving landscape where running intersects with culture.
Motiv Sports is known for delivering some of the UK’s most popular running events, including the Saucony London 10k and the Wizz Air Hackney Half Marathon. With a proven track record of organising successful races, Motiv Sports aims to make the Saucony Run Shoreditch another standout event for runners of all levels.
Registration is now open, with entries starting at £35. Early interest has been high, following a pre-registration phase that saw nearly 8,000 runners sign up for advance access, with early access entries selling out fast.
Cameron Black, Vice President & General Manager at Saucony EMEA said: “We’re beyond excited to take on our second big running event in the heart of London as a headline sponsor. We’re doubling down in London as a key city focus for the brand and Shoreditch as a location has all the cultural DNA for us to continue to target our focused lifestyle runner and bring something unique and disruptive for a big running event.”
Ian Allerton, Director of Operations at Motiv Sports, said: “It’s really exciting to be working with Saucony on another race. The atmosphere at our London events is always brilliant. Shoreditch is a fantastic area and we are delighted to help celebrate what it has to offer, as well as engaging more with the wider East London community.
“We are already counting down the days until the first Saucony Run Shoreditch and are excited to share further information on the route, tickets and so much more. Like with our other events, we’ll have a number of community-focused elements which are always a highlight and brilliant to see.”
Runners of all abilities are invited to participate in Saucony Run Shoreditch. With music, cheering spectators, and a focus on community, the race promises to be an unforgettable race-day experience.
Shoreditch, known for its creative energy and iconic street art, serves as the perfect backdrop for this new addition to London’s race calendar. The event route, to be announced soon, will highlight the area’s distinct character.
