The laser guns are lighter, making them easier to hold, and now feature a strap to prevent accidental drops. The firing system has also been simplified – players only need to pull the trigger.
Additionally, Absolutely Laser has increased its capacity, now allowing up to 14 children per session. The arena has been carefully designed for young players by incorporating soft play-style elements such as padded posts, soft walls, mirrors and fun obstacles. Unlike traditional laser tag venues that use bulky vests, Absolutely Laser focuses on a lightweight, gun-only system, making it a perfect introduction to laser tag for young children.
Naomi Smith from Absolutely Laser commented: “Our goal has always been to create an exciting and safe environment for children to enjoy laser tag. With these new updates, even our youngest visitors can take part easily. The lighter guns and simplified mechanics make the experience far more accessible.
“Since our laser tag arena is primarily used for birthday parties, it was especially important for us to make sure the arena and gameplay allow every child to have a fantastic time, regardless of their age, ability or experience.”
