With over 14 years of experience in town planning and landscape architecture, Melissa has built a strong reputation for coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and managing large-scale projects across the residential, energy and infrastructure sectors.
She has played a central role in the delivery of several complex developments, providing expert advice and leading multidisciplinary teams through all stages of the planning process.
In her new role, Melissa will continue to focus on energy, infrastructure and logistic projects, helping clients navigate the complexities of planning regulations and environmental assessments. Her leadership in project management and her ability to engage with key stakeholders have been integral to her success at Lichfields.
