Goring got off to a flying start when after just 60 seconds captain Todor Bankov sent a lovely cross field ball to Luke Tate who beat the fullback and fired home for the opener. The second half saw Goring continue to control the game with Pippin and impressive youngster Jarvis Ryan both going close in the opening minutes before a fine pass on 53 minutes from Ryan found Pippin who beat the keeper from close range to complete his hatrick. A clever run and shot from Pippin on 65 minutes brought an excellent save from the home goalkeeper and Bankov went close with a thunderous free kick from 30 yards. Pippin completed the scoring on 78 minutes with an unstoppable shot past the keeper and his fourth goal following another fine early pass from Gillard to make the final score 5-0 to Goring.
